The number of people who decided to take that step exceeded 200 million, which is only 2.6% of the world’s population. Moreover, more than half of them are the population of the USA, China, Great Britain, and India.

The US government has an active policy to vaccinate its citizens despite the protests of some public organizations. More than 60 million Americans have been vaccinated, accounting for 18.5% of the country’s population. In China, only 3% of the population is vaccinated. The UK has about 27% of its population vaccinated. The highest percentage of citizens vaccinated is Israel. More than 80% of the country’s population is vaccinated there.
Vaccinations have slowed down over the past week. People are skeptical about the new vaccine. Also, some media disseminate information about deaths after the vaccine, which leads to a negative attitude of people towards it.
Although the death rate from the virus continues to increase. Nowadays, COVID-19 has claimed the lives of over 2.4 million people.
