Bowl season is upon us. College football bowl games start with a pair of matchups on Friday, Dec. 16 and run through the College Football Playoff National Championship on Jan. 9 in Los Angeles. The 43-game bowl season will, as usual, run the gauntlet from fun exhibitions that are mainly for bragging rights to big Playoff games that cement legacies and set the sport’s agenda heading into 2023.
