You should know that plant milk contains vegetable oils, preservatives, stabilizers, and sugars. All of these ingredients interfere with your weight loss. Even if you can find plant milk without additional ingredients, you should consume it in small amounts. The fat content of vegetable milk is several times higher than that of cow’s milk. You drink plant milk with the belief that it is dietary, but this is a mistake. Sometimes the fat content of plant milk can reach 24%, while the fat content of pasteurized cow’s milk usually does not exceed 2.5% or 3.6%. Therefore, if you have no contraindications to the consumption of animal milk, you should not exclude it. Of course, if you don’t like the taste of animal milk, then you shouldn’t drink it.
