The fourth stage is the most difficult stage of the development of cellulite. It is visible on the body and it brings discomfort not only aesthetic. Cellulite-affected areas may hurt. This is explained by the presence of inflammatory processes in the tissues under the skin.

How to get rid of cellulite.
The first and most important rule to fight cellulite is to accept and love your body as it is. But if the signs of cellulite bother you and it increases, then you need to see a doctor and conduct a test of your health. Also, you must remember that you can’t completely get deal with cellulite. You can reduce its manifestations, but you need to use an integrated approach for this: sports, nutrition, and cosmetic procedures. The duration of the process of getting rid of cellulite depends on its stage and your intentions.
