A healthy hormonal system helps you to be happy.

Happiness coaches and experts say that happiness is only in your hands, and if you want to be a happy person, then feel like that. Despite this simple and accessible advice, most people are depressed today.

The development of technology is aimed at making life easier than many years ago. A modern person has the opportunity not to waste time on everyday problems. Nevertheless, the number of suicides is growing every year, especially in economically developed countries. Scientists study this phenomenon and can name several reasons for the lack of happiness in modern life. But the root cause is the hormonal system. Lack of essential hormones disrupts the nervous system and affects the mental state.

Psychologists say that positive thinking and focusing on happy moments can make a person happy. But, scientists are confident that you cannot get the necessary emotions and feelings if your hormonal system is disrupted. Because your mood is controlled by specific chemicals called the hormones of happiness or joy.

Happiness hormones.

Dopamine.
Even though it is not a hormone, it is a neurotransmitter, dopamine takes an active part in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is responsible for the normal functioning of the nervous system. Also, it is responsible for the sense of pleasure from food, sex, and tactile contact. Dopamine makes you fall in love and have feelings of love for children, parents, loved ones, and so on.

Serotonin.
This hormone has a calming effect on the nervous system. But at the same time, it is also responsible for positive emotions. This hormone provokes feelings of ecstasy and euphoria. When serotonin levels are high, you can experience pleasure from sex and orgasm. The lack of serotonin leads to depression. UV light increases serotonin levels, so most of you experience more positive emotions in the summer.

Oxytocin.
This hormone is responsible for sexual arousal, feelings of satisfaction, reduce fear, and anxiety.

Endorphins.
This is a group of neurotransmitters that are responsible for your euphoria. The action of endorphins is very similar to the action of stimulants from the opiate group. They reduce feelings of pain, fear, and make a person happy. Endorphins are released during environmental changes, stressful situations, arousal, and sex.

Ways to increase the happiness hormones  in the body are generally correlated with a healthy lifestyle, which includes:
